Adv. Dr. Shachal Yariv is the managing parter of the firm. He acquired expertise and experience in representing diverse clients in all fields of commercial law and litigation, at Herzog, Fox, Ne’eman & Co. (HFN), Harpaz, Oren, Adler & Co. (HOA), and Kramer, Shapira, Schneider & Co. and has years of experience in representing clients.

Adv. Yariv has many years of experience in managing complex litigation cases in the civil-commercial field, including disputes between shareholders, real estate and inheritance disputes.

Adv. Yariv has, in addition to a law degree (LL.B.), a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. (completed in parallel with the LL.B.), all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Adv. Bat hen Broder specializes in civil-commercial litigation. She completed her internship at the Netanya Magistrates Court with Judge Galit Usi Sharaby. Adv. Broder has gained extensive experience working in leading law firms specializing in Civil-Commercial litigation, Insolvency and Liquidation. Adv. Broder has a law degree (LL.B.).
